These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between r60i and its users. By accessing our services through the r60i website, mobile app, or any other channel, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

R60i is an online betting and gaming platform operating under an international gaming license. Our services are provided solely for lawful use.

R60i reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Registered members will be informed of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

To open an account with r60i, the following conditions must be met:

• A valid national ID card or passport is required
• A valid mobile number and email address are required
• Only one per person One account Approved
• All information provided at the time of registration must be complete, accurate, and truthful
• Residents of countries or regions where online betting is prohibited by law are not eligible to register

If multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are detected, all accounts will be closed and all balances will be held pending verification. Two members of the same household may maintain separate accounts; however, verification may be required if the accounts are accessed from the same device or network.

R60i complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. Any member may be required to verify their identity, particularly in the following situations:

• Before your first withdrawal
• After withdrawing a specified amount (৳50,000)
• If unusual transaction activity is detected
• In requests to update account information

To complete KYC verification, please submit one of the following documents: National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence. Documents must be clear, legible, and not expired.

Please follow the rules below for all financial transactions on r60i:

For deposits:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected banks
• Deposits are typically 30 seconds to 5 minutes credited within
• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking number registered in your own name

For withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawals can only be processed to a verified number

• No service charge on withdrawals
• The full balance cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirement is completed

R60i regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer carries its own terms and conditions. The general bonus policy is outlined below:

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on your first deposit (up to ৳5,000); minimum deposit of ৳500 required
• Wagering requirements: To withdraw your bonus, you must wager 5x the total of your deposit and bonus amount
• Time limit: Wagering must be completed within 30 days of bonus activation
• Reload Bonus: Exclusive offers for eligible members every week
• Referral Bonus: Refer a friend and both of you earn a bonus (separate terms apply)

Please follow the rules below when placing bets on r60i:

• Minimum amount per bet: ৳20
• The maximum bet per event is determined by the member's tier level
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled
• The cash-out feature is available on selected events and is subject to current odds and timing
• If a bet is voided due to a technical error, the stake will be refunded
• If a bet is voided due to incorrect information provided by the match organiser, your stake will be refunded

Markets may be delayed in live betting. r60i makes every effort to ensure odds accuracy; however, the actual outcome of the event shall be considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on r60i and will result in immediate account termination:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity
• Betting using automated bots, scripts, or software
• Match fixing or betting using insider information
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions
• Unauthorized access to another user's account or hacking
• Use of a false identity or forged documents
• Harassing or deceiving other users
• Intentional bonus abuse or arbitrage betting

R60i reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these terms and conditions
• Suspicion of fraud or dishonest activity
• Court order or government directive
• Account closure on request (voluntary break)

If an account is legitimately closed, the verified balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the registered mobile banking number within a maximum of 15 business days.

To close your account, email our support team or use the "Close Account" option in the app settings.

R60i believes gaming should be purely for fun. We are committed to helping users maintain healthy gaming habits. Tools we provide:

• Deposit limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits
• Betting limits: Set a maximum stake limit per bet
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break of 24 hours to 30 days
• Self-exclusion: Block yourself entirely for a period of 6 months to 5 years
• Reality check: Session duration & spend notifications

If a dispute arises between r60i and a user, it will be resolved through the following steps:

1. Step 1: Contact our support team directly via live chat or email (response within 72 hours)
2. Step 2: If unresolved, the matter will be escalated to a Senior Manager (within 7 business days)
3. Step 3: Referred to the International Gaming Arbitration Board

In the event of a dispute over a bet outcome, r60i's system logs and server records shall be considered the final evidence.

R60i reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• Before major changes take effect 7 days prior Registered members will be notified
• Banner notifications will be displayed on the app and website
• If you do not agree to the updated Terms, please stop using r60i and submit a request to close your account
• Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms
